Opex Technologies Welcomes Krista Dugan as Senior Project Manager
Opex Technologies is pleased to welcome Krista Dugan to the team as Senior Project Manager. Based in Rolesville, North Carolina, Krista brings nearly 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with an extensive background in project management and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
Throughout her career, Krista has managed projects across a variety of technology organizations, from large corporations to specialized technology advisory firms. Her experience has given her a strong understanding of client needs, provider relationships, and the importance of effective communication throughout every stage of a project.
Having followed Opex for some time, Krista was drawn to the company's reputation, community involvement, and commitment to its clients. After hearing positive feedback from industry colleagues and connecting with members of the team, she knew Opex was the right next step in her career.
In her new role as Senior Project Manager, Krista will focus on guiding projects from start to finish, coordinating with clients and providers, and ensuring that expectations are not only met but exceeded. She is particularly excited about building new relationships and collaborating with the Opex team.

For Krista, successful project management goes beyond timelines and deliverables. She believes that truly understanding a client's needs and advocating on their behalf are essential to building trust and achieving positive outcomes. Her approach centers on being a dependable resource and ensuring that every client feels heard, supported, and valued.
"I want my clients to know that I am their voice and their advocate," Krista said. "Whatever they need, I want them to know I'm there for them and will do everything I can to make sure it gets done."
That commitment to client advocacy is complemented by Krista's belief in the importance of kindness and collaboration. She strives to bring a positive, supportive approach to every interaction, whether working directly with clients, coordinating with providers, or supporting her teammates.
Outside of work, Krista enjoys spending time with her husband of 13 years and their nine-year-old son. Her family also includes two beloved dogs. A family of Disney enthusiasts, they enjoy visiting the parks, traveling together, playing games, and making the most of their time as a family.
