Opex Technologies Welcomes Lauren Kirtser as Our New Technology Advisor

Opex Technologies is proud to welcome Lauren Kirtser to the team as our newest Technology Advisor bringing with her a powerful mix of technical expertise, channel knowledge, and proven sales success from one of the world’s leading technology companies.

With a strong foundation built at Cisco, Lauren’s career began with two years in the Cisco internship program (2019–2020), followed by her acceptance into the highly selective Cisco Sales Associate Program (CSAP) in 2021. This intensive program immersed her in Cisco’s full technology ecosystem while sharpening core sales and client-facing skills.

After completing CSAP, Lauren transitioned into a Partner Engagement Manager role, where she supported Cisco’s channel partners through education, enablement, and deal support. This experience gave her invaluable insight into the broader technology provider landscape, a perspective that aligns perfectly with Opex’s advisor-driven model.

For the past 2.5 years, Lauren has served as an Account Manager supporting roughly 80 mid-market clients across Indiana and Missouri. Her success in this role was recognized in FY25 with the prestigious Cisco Sales Champion Award, earning her a place in the top 10% of sellers nationwide.

Now, as she joins the Opex team, Lauren brings a passion for helping clients navigate complex technology decisions, along with excitement for the breadth of providers available through Opex’s ecosystem.
