Meet Sara Layton, Our New Client Success Manager

We’re thrilled to welcome Sara Layton to the Opex team!

With over 15 years of experience leading complex enterprise technology projects, Sara joins us as a Client Success Manager, though if you check her LinkedIn, she proudly uses the title Enterprise Technology Concierge. And honestly, it fits. Sara doesn’t just manage accounts, she elevates them.
Her career has been defined by a deep commitment to people, process, and performance. Prior to joining Opex, Sara served as Associate Director of Account Support at One Source Communications, where she led a high-performing team through intricate transitions, contract lifecycle management, and client escalations.
At Opex, Sara will be instrumental in supporting strategic enterprise implementations and support from start to finish. She’ll work hand-in-hand with our Advisory Sales team and Provider PMs to ensure technology engagements are seamless, intentional, and aligned with our clients’ business goals.
What sets Sara apart is her ability to simplify the complex and proactively resolve issues before they surface. She brings not only a strategic mindset, but a hands-on approach to execution that drives results and fosters real trust with everyone she works with.
