As an OPEX Project Manager, you are the client’s strongest advocate once the decision is made. You bring order to a complicated implementation, keep providers accountable, and make sure the client never feels handed off after the sale.

What you will own

• Build and manage implementation plans with clear milestones, owners, timelines, and outcomes.

• Lead project cadence calls, document action items, and keep clients, providers, and internal teams aligned.

• Hold providers accountable for commitments, surface risks early, and drive escalations to resolution.

• Help clients get fully onboarded, trained, and confident in the technology they purchased.

• Protect the client experience from kickoff through go-live and beyond.

What we are looking for

A highly organized, client-first project leader who is comfortable managing moving parts, holding people accountable, and staying calm when the stakes are high. Technology, managed services, or complex B2B implementation experience is a strong fit.
