The Opex Technologies team is now officially stronger and more experienced this year! Geri Smith, an employee of Opex for 3 years, was recently promoted from Client Relations Manager to Director of Client Experience. Geri has been a huge asset to the Opex team, our clients and the growth of the company with her 26 years of technology industry experience.
“We are super excited and proud of this promotion for Geri” said Opex, COO Rich Nowalk. “Geri brings so much experience to our team and most importantly to our clients that she was a natural fit to take on the leadership role as we expand our Client Experience team. Our core focus is making the technology service experience better for our clients and Geri is the perfect person to lead this team!”
Shortly following Geri’s promotion, Opex added a member to work on Geri’s team. We are excited to welcome Mary Graham as a Sr. Client Experience Manager. Mary Graham comes to Opex from TierPoint, where she worked for two years as Manager of Client Implementation Project Managers.
TierPoint is one of Opex’s trusted providers so we are excited to have her join us from a team and company that we work closely with. Mary Graham has over 13 years of project management experience across other companies that include Windstream Hosted Solutions, Diversified Information Technologies and Lason Inc.. Mary’s focus on cloud and data center services is a huge asset to Opex and our client’s because that is where services are going.
“Over the past 3 years, Opex Technologies has been better than I could have ever imagined,” said Geri Smith. “It’s a true joy to work alongside a team who is so passionate about their clients, this industry and this company. I am honored and excited to begin this new role and to take on the responsibility of leading this all-important team. I am lucky to have an experienced team already in place and excited to welcome Mary to the client experience team. I am confident that as Opex continues to grow our team will play a very important role in supporting our clients technology implemenetation and support needs.”
